When a product is superseded by a newer version, Unex provides guidelines for end-of-life (EOL) transitions. In general, partners are notified at least 6 months in advance of any EOL or last-order date to allow sufficient planning.
The shipment date is 12 months maximum after the last order date. Full details would be provided during sales via e-mail/ phone call.

Certified by the Bureau of Foreign Trade in Taiwan since 2019, as a qualified ICP (Internal Compliance Program) exporter.
