How to Find Your MAC Address

A MAC Address (Media Access Control Address) is a unique identifier for every V2X device, required for add-on purchases, technical support, repair services, and warranty inquiries.

This 12-character alphanumeric code is typically printed on the device label, with location varying by product.

The MAC Address numbers shown in the product label below are for reference only. Please use the actual identifier printed on your device.

Software-based query

Software-based MAC Address query for all Unex V2X products:
SOM (V2X System-On-Module), OBU (On-Board Unit), RSU (Roadside Unit)

1. Confirm software installation completion.

2. Run command:
root@autotalks:~# cat /etc/unex/device/module_info.txt

3.The [Application Information] section will display two MAC Address entries.

4. Use the first line “V2X_0_MAC_Address” field value for technical support purposes.

Hardware Label Placement

The value displayed in the “MAC” field is the MAC Address required for technical support.
